Invitation & Draft Agenda-ASE Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Dear National Senate Leaders,
You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association of JCI Senators in Europe (ASE) on Saturday, June, 12th between 10:00 and 12:30 AM Central European Time on Zoom.
Unfortunately, we can’t meet face to face as usual as the JCI European Conference has been cancelled and we have to hold our AGM online.
Due to GDPR regulations and for security reasons we can’t allow you to attend the AGM without registering by 4th June and the link to the Google registration form is attached here.

Please indicate on the form the email address you use regularly and a links for the Zoom meeting will be sent out 48 hours before the meeting to those who have registered.
If you don’t receive the link, please contact me by email.
Senator’s spouses and partners are welcome to join the meeting without registration using the Senator’s device. They are not allowed to use same link on another device because of the election/voting process. Senate couples will need use separate devices so that they can both vote.
Information about the election/voting will be shared in the email you will receive 48 hours before the meeting.
